3 Reasons Arrowhead Ranch Community Is Conveniently Located

If you have ever visited the Phoenix Metro Area or “Valley of the Sun” as its known to we locals, then you know that its a sprawling area.

And, to get around here, you will want to drive in many cases. Fortunately, traffic here is not too bad still… Obviously, there is the occasional rush hour stall, but for the most part you can get around easily here if you live near the main access roads.

The first reason Arrowhead is such a great spot is that it gives you easy access to most of the north end of the Valley. Its situated near the 101 which runs all the way around the Phoenix area from east to west and is connected on the southern end of town by I-10. From the 101 you can travel east to Desert Ridge for some of the finest shopping or even a little further to Scottsdale if you like. You can also travel west to easily get to the White Tank Mountains if you like being outside.

And, the Arrowhead Ranch Community gives you easy access to the 51 and I-17 if you want to travel north and south into or out of Phoenix!

Next, Arrowhead is nestled in the north end of the Valley in Glendale, AZ. From here, easy and leisurely day trips to places like Cave Creek and Carefree are really wonderful. There you can enjoy a small town atmosphere in the shadow of Black Mountain, complete with interesting little shops, golfing and resort opportunities, and of course dining.

One of my personal favorites is El Encanto for Mexican food and C4 (aka Cave Creek Coffee Company) for a kitchy little atmosphere of pizza and wine. From Arrowhead, you’re sitting pretty… And, you can come back home and be closer to the convenience of the city for work or play.

And Third… Arrowhead area is one of the nicest in Glendale all by itself. You got the new Cardinal Stadium, great shopping in Towne Center, and even mountain parks and trails right in the vicinity of Arrowhead Ranch! Living here, there is no shortage of things to do or good people to share experiences with.
